Processing Recommendations

EP300H processes well on standard injection molding equipment. The moderate MFR suits large-part molding where screw plasticization and clamp force matter more than fill speed.

Tip: For thick-wall and large parts, keep mold temperature toward the higher end (50–60 °C) to reduce residual stress and improve impact performance at the weld lines.
