Processing Recommendations

EP548R's high flow is designed for fast-cycle thin-wall molding. Lower injection pressures and shorter cycle times are achievable versus mid-flow homopolymers.

Tip: For thin-wall food containers, run mold temperature at the lower end (20–30 °C) with a fast injection velocity to maximize cycle productivity without compromising fill.
